Before enrolling in the online or in-country TESL Certification course, all students must speak with a USA Student Advisor. Your advisor will answer your questions and assist with your eligibility, enrollment, course costs, scheduling, and accommodations. Your options for employment as an English teacher once you complete your TESL certification class are essential—your deposit of $300 reserves a spot in Vietnam. The tuition balance of $1000 is typically due before the first day of class.

The prices below are for accommodations and other extra expenses and vary from location to location. Still, you can calculate your stay of $120 to $130 weekly for a comfortable stay in Vietnam. Your room with air conditioning and all the amenities are included in your VIP membership. ( Memberships are individually tailored to your needs.

In-class certification program
It is highly recommended that students enroll in their TESL course at least 90 days in advance whenever possible. Your tuition is listed as US dollars for your deposit only.

Your in-country orientation is three nights and four days. Nha Trang, and then you will travel to HCMC.

You will have in-class training with an English-speaking Vietnamese teacher for five days (4hr a day)

Important In-Country Update Changes to Notarial Services (January 17, 2025)
USA Student Advisory offers notarization services for our TESL certificates In-Country Course and registered locally. However Due to recent changes in the acceptance of documents notarized by U.S. notarizing officials with the Government of Vietnam and in line with global guidelines, the U.S. Embassy and Consulate General are changing the notarial services they offer for documents to be used locally. Effective March 17, 2025,
We recommend that you authenticate / legalize / Apostille the US. Certificate along with any of your university diplomas before traveling to any country. You can do this through the Department of State. For more information: Department of State.
