Placing Orders for Courses

By purchase a course or service, You warrant that You are legally capable of entering into a contract. If You wish to purchase a course available on our website, You may be asked to supply certain information relevant to Your purchase including, without limitation, Your name, Your email, Your phone number, Your credit card number, the expiration date of Your credit card, Your billing address, and Your shipping information.You represent and warrant that: You have the legal right to use any credit or debit cards or other payment methods in connection with any purchase; and that the information You supply to us is true, correct and complete. Prices Policy

The Company reserves the right to revise its prices at any time prior to accepting a purchase.

The prices quoted may be revised by the Company subsequent to accepting an Order in the event of any occurrence affecting delivery caused by government action, variation in customs duties, increased shipping charges, higher foreign exchange costs and any other matter beyond the control of the Company. Payments

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We believe in keeping everything simple and straightforward with a 14-day full refund policy. If you change your mind for any reason, you can request a full refund of your course payment, so long as the two simple conditions are met below.

Refund Conditions

Students may request a full refund within 14 days of course enrollment if they have not accessed more than 25% of course materials. After 14 days or upon accessing more than 25% of materials, no refunds will be issued. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Notarization and authentication services are non-refundable once completed."

Promotions

Any Promotions made available through the Service may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms. If You participate in any Promotions, please review the applicable rules as well as our Privacy policy. If the rules for a Promotion conflict with these Terms, the Promotion rules will apply.

User Accounts

When You create an account with Us, You must provide Us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of Your account on Our Service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that You use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under Your password, whether Your password is with Our Service or a Third-Party Social Media Service.You agree not to disclose Your password to any third party. Course Access Terms

Upon enrollment, students receive lifetime access to course materials. Access may be terminated if account is inactive for 24 consecutive months. Students may not download, reproduce, or distribute course materials without written permission. Course content remains the exclusive property of TESL Certification.

Technical Requirements

To effectively access the course materials, students must ensure their computer systems and internet connections meet the minimum technical specifications. The online learning platform is optimized for use with modern web browsers. For the best experience, students should utilize the latest version of a supported browser. Supported browsers include Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Safari. Additionally, a PDF viewer, such as the free Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, is necessary for viewing course documents.

Course Content Updates

Updates to the course content on the online learning platform are communicated to students via announcements within the learning modules, emails, or dedicated discussions on the Help Desk page. After a course is completed, students continue to have access to the course modules and any updated materials. TESL Certification shall not be liable for delays or failures in course delivery due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or internet outages.

Certificate Terms

TESL Certification offers notarization services for certificates and facilitates in-country registration for our local course. The notarization service incurs a fee of $50, with an additional $50 for the stamp. Certificates are notarized via the U.S. Consulate, thereby increasing their value and ensuring global recognition. Furthermore, the certificate will be officially registered with the local government. Accreditation is provided by the Innovation and Technical Services Foundation. All certificates, whether obtained online or in-person, come with a lifetime guarantee.

Student Data Protection

The PPRA requires that students' personal information is not collected or utilized without appropriate consent and safeguards. U.S. federal laws provide the basis for student data protection. TESL Certification does not collect students' personal information, except for account information necessary for the participation in our TESL Certification course and TESL course standard test. When you register for an Account, we may ask for your contact information, including items such as name, company name, address, email address, and telephone number. Student data will be retained for compliance purposes, then securely deleted if the Student deletes their account.

Students Member Privacy

Student profiles are kept private to protect sensitive personal information such as, addresses, and other identifiers. Members can not set their Members Area page profile to public, To ensure that access to this data is restricted to authorized individuals, such as account administration, and requires explicit student or parental consent for any public release of information.

Intellectual Property for Student Work

Ownership of student assignments, projects, and course materials developed during the TESL Certification program remains with the student. The student retains intellectual property rights to their assignments, projects, and course materials created throughout the program. The TESL Certification program holds a non-exclusive license to utilize these works for internal, educational, or administrative purposes.

While our courses are not created by AI, students should be aware of the AI tools used in course delivery or support services.They can give you personalized tips, handle some tasks automatically, and offer quick feedback. Certificate Validation Service

Schools or Employers can validate our TESL certificates by simply fill out the form with the name and serial number that's posted on the certificate. Validation only takes one business day.

We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Website. You approve of immediately removing all links to our Website upon request.
